1. Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?

No, as of now we only ship to the USA

2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Since all items are handmade, production time can take up to 2 weeks. Purchases are normally delivered 10 to 25 days after purchase within the United States.

Delivery times vary on the complexity of your custom rug request. Updates on your order will be emailed to your periodically so you can follow along the production process.

For an additional cost, you can have your order expedited. Please email us for more information.

3. I have yet to receive my order.

The products are normally processed within 1-2 days after payment has been cleared. Since each custom rug is handmade delivery times can take up to 25 business days contingent on the complexity of the project. Please send us an email if that deadline has passed so that we can provide you extra information or an update.

4. My order hasn't arrived yet.

Please contact us if you have not yet received your order so that we can investigate. This is owing to the fact that orders are subject to customs procedures since our artist are located around the world.

5. I'm concerned about my credit card information's security.

Because we execute all of our transactions through approved payment processors like PayPal, you can rest assured that they are completely secure. PayPal safeguards you against fraud, and we don't store any of your personal data on our servers.

6. Why was only one product delivered when the others were not?

For logistics considerations, we have many warehouses in various locations. Your products may be dispatched from multiple warehouses depending on stock. There's no need to be anxious; this is a typical occurrence. Your second item(s) will very definitely arrive shortly. If you have any other concerns, please write us an email.

7. There was a problem with my order.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible and take photos of the damage so that we can give you a free replacement.

8. I'd like to make some changes to or cancel my order.

Changes are only possible for the first 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in making the required revisions to your order.
